I had some empty egg cartons stashed away for paint trays, and when I saw this craft on Pinterest (Pin), I knew we had to do it! (Here's the original.)Lily painted hers with a red head and green body; Jack painted it all red, his favorite color. We let them dry for a few hours, and then added the antennae. Lily drew on some eyes and a smile. Then they spent time playing outside with their new friends. :)
